Qualifying Standard:
For Male Home Guard:
800 metres run to be completed in 3 minutes
100 meters run to be completed in 15 seconds
Log Jump 12 feet
For Female Home Guard:
400 metres run to be completed in 2 minutes
100 metres run to be completed in 25 seconds
Log Jump 8 feet
Selection Procedure:
- Candidates submitting valid application will be called for Physical Measurement
- Candidates who will qualify in Physics Measurement will be called for Physical Efficiency Test
- Candidates who qualify in Physical Efficiency Test will then appear for Personality Test before the Enrolment Committee
